We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from OMNANA. However, should an item not fit or not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

 

This is how the return process works

Step 1 – Register your return
Register your return easily via our returns portal. There, you select the relevant order and register the items you wish to return. All further steps will be displayed directly.

Step 2 – Receive return label
After successful registration, you will receive your personal return label via email. You can easily print this out and use it for the return shipment. Please also check your spam folder if you don't find the email immediately.

 

Step 3 – Prepare the package
Pack the items carefully, ideally in their original packaging. Ensure the goods are clean, unworn, and complete. Affix the return label clearly to the package so your return can be easily identified.

 

Step 4 – Send the package
Drop off the package at the designated shipping provider. We recommend keeping the proof of postage until your refund is fully processed.

 

Return shipping costs

We charge a flat fee of 3.90 EUR / CHF / GBP for each return.

This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

 

Right of withdrawal

Regardless of our voluntary return service, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

Important instructions

Please return all items clean, unworn and with all accessories.

Use protective packaging to avoid damage during transport.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent without postage due.
