Conditions of participation for the Omnana GmbH competition

1. Organizer and operator of the Instagram and Facebook page

The competition is organized by:

Omnana GmbH

60313 Frankfurt am Main

hereinafter referred to as "Omnana".

2. Duration of the competition

Participation in the competitions is possible according to the time periods specified in the respective competition post.

3. Participation

Participation in the competition is subject to the guidelines specified in the competition post. Depending on the competition, participation is possible, for example, by liking a post in our Instagram timeline or commenting on it.

All natural persons are eligible to participate who:

have reached the age of 18 and
have their residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

Omnana employees and their family members are excluded.

Conditions of participation:

Participation is only possible within the specified period.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Only one (1) entry per person and competition period is possible.
Automated entries, mass entries or entries made by third parties will be disqualified.

Important: No purchase is necessary to participate or win.

4th prize

The prize includes the items mentioned in the respective competition post.

Notes:

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
There are no costs for the winner.

5. Determination of the winners

Drawing: The winners will be randomly drawn from all participants at the end of the competition. The decision will be made after the participation period stated in the competition post has expired.

Notification:

The winner will be notified within three days of the drawing via personal message via Instagram/Facebook, provided the user is in active dialogue with the site.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days, Omnana reserves the right to draw a new winner.

If the prize or notification is undeliverable or eligibility cannot be proven, a new winner will be chosen at random.

6. Data Protection

The personal data collected as part of the competition will only be used to carry out the competition. After the competition has ended, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations.

7. Disclaimer

Omnana is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures or delays that affect participation in the competition.

8. Exclusion from participation

Omnana reserves the right to exclude participants from:

Violation of the conditions of participation or
To exclude manipulation of the competition.

9. Early termination

Omnana reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, in particular if the proper conduct of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

10. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded.
Only German law applies.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
These conditions of participation can be changed at any time without separate notification.
