Returns

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase at OMNANA. If an item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

 

How the return works

Step 1 – Register your return
Simply register your return through our returns portal. There you select the corresponding order and register the items you want to return. All further steps will be shown to you directly.

Step 2 – Receive return label
After successful registration, you will receive your personal return label by email. You can conveniently print this out and use it for the return. Please also check your spam folder if you do not find the email immediately.

 

Step 3 – Prepare package
Carefully pack the items, preferably in the original packaging. Make sure the goods are clean, unworn, and complete. Attach the return label visibly on the package so that your return can be clearly assigned.

 

Step 4 – Send package
Drop off the package at the specified shipping service provider. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt until your refund is fully processed.

 

Return costs

For each return within Germany, we charge a flat fee of 3.90 EUR. For the rest of the world, between 4.90 - maximum 9.90 EUR / USD.

This amount will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

 

Right of withdrawal

Regardless of our voluntary return service, you have the legal right to withdraw your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

Important notes

Please return all items clean, unworn, and with complete accessories.

Use protective packaging to avoid transport damage.

Unpaid returns cannot be accepted.
