The HEROSTRAP™ weight cuff set makes your workout even more effective - whether you're doing yoga, Pilates, strength training or everyday life. Thanks to their ergonomic design, the cuffs fit perfectly around your wrists and ankles and ensure even weight distribution.

The soft, skin-friendly silicone coating guarantees maximum comfort, while the non-slip surface and secure Velcro fastener ensure that the cuffs stay firmly in place even during intense movements.

The targeted additional load challenges your muscles more, activates deeper muscle groups and increases your endurance. With two weight classes (0.5 kg & 1 kg) you can adjust the intensity individually and shape your body in a targeted manner.
