Returns at Omnana

At Omnana, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we make the return process as easy as possible.

How the return works

1. Register your return: Use our returns portal at https://return.omnana.com to register your return quickly and easily.
2. Receive a return label: After registering, you will receive a return label that you can print out and use for the return.
3. Returning items: Pack the goods carefully and send them back to us.

Return costs
We charge a flat fee of EUR/CHF/GBP 3.90 for each return. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You can find the complete cancellation policy and the sample cancellation form here .

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price (excluding any additional costs for alternative shipping options). We will use the same payment method you selected when placing your order.

Important information about returns

• Please return the goods in their original packaging and with all accessories, if possible.
• Use protective packaging to avoid damage during transport.
• Do not return the goods freight collect.
